In the event of a breakdown our support team is readily available by telephone, email and remote access to help you with any hardware or software support related issues you may be experiencing.
For remote support connected with a computer or digital issue, a unique code is generated that allows us access to take control of your computer under your supervision. We can then quickly assess the problem and troubleshoot remotely. After the call is complete, computer access is terminated for security peace of mind.
