As such we take great pride in the quality and speed of our equipment servicing and repairs. All equipment repairs are carried out to the highest possible standards by factory-trained specialists with extensive engineering experience.

In the event of a breakdown our support team is available by telephone, email and remote access to help you with any hardware or software support related issues you may be experiencing.

For remote support connected with a computer or digital issue, a unique code is generated that allows us access to take control of your computer under your supervision. We can then quickly assess the problem and troubleshoot remotely. After the call is complete, computer access is terminated for security peace of mind.
